OnePlus 11R will be powered by Snapdragon 8+Gen 1
While the phone manufacturer launched the flagship, OnePlus 11, in China with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, the new midrange phone is expected to launch with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. Amazon confirmed some details about the coming premium phone 11R by sending notifications to some users. According to Amazon’s announcement, OnePlus will launch the 11R 5G at its launch event in New Delhi, India.
According to the revealed details, 11R will come with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 as well. In terms of display, the device is expected to have a 6.7-inch AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. Also, the phone might have a 50-megapixel main, 12-megapixel, 2-megapixel sensor, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
While there are no details about whether the premium phone will have a faster UFS 4.0 storage version, it is expected to run on Android 13-based OxygenOS 13 out of the box. We can see that the 11R will feature a 5,000mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging.
According to the leaks, the company will launch the OnePlus 11R between Rs 35,000 ($429) to Rs 40,000 ($490) prices. While these prices could be available for the 8GB + 128GB version, there is another option for the upcoming device. OnePlus could price the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model between Rs 40,000 ($490) to Rs 45,000 ($551).
